About Weather Now: Radar & Alerts: Our application delivers weather forecasts, live radar information, severe weather alerts, weather widgets, and launcher-style home screen access with a clean and intuitive interface. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your information while you use the Application.
This privacy policy applies to the Weather Now: Radar & Alerts app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices that was created by Majordev (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a Free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application may request precise location only if you enable weather-at-my-location, local radar, severe weather alert, or weather widget features, which will be clearly indicated and require your consent.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide important information, required notices, service updates, and marketing promotions where you have opted in.
For a better experience while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide certain information, including but not limited to advertising identifiers, saved locations, weather preferences, launcher layout preferences, diagnostic information, and support request details. You can also change your default launcher from your device's Home app or Default apps settings where supported.
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you would like the Service Provider to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application or support channels, please contact them at [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Generally, we retain anonymous usage, diagnostic, weather preference, and launcher performance data for up to 24 months to help us understand how the Application is being used and to make improvements.
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If the Service Provider discovers that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will delete this from their servers when reasonably possible.
