These terms and conditions govern your use of the Weather Now: Radar & Alerts application (the "Application"), developed by Majordev (the "Service Provider") as a free service. By accessing or using the Services, which include the website located at https://weatherquickly.com (the "Site") and any associated mobile applications and products, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Legal Terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately discontinue all usage of the Services.
You may be required to register to gain access to specific features of the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. We reserve the right to reclaim or modify usernames if we determine they are inappropriate.
By using the Services, you represent and warrant that: (1) all registration information you submit is true, accurate, current, and complete; (2) you will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update any information as necessary; (3) you have the legal capacity to comply with these Legal Terms; (4) you are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside; (5) you will not access the Services through automated or non-human means, such as a bot or script; (6) you will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose; and (7) your use of the Services will not violate any applicable laws or regulations.
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including but not limited to source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, launcher layouts, weather layouts, and related materials, as well as trademarks and logos, are owned by us or licensed to us. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal, non-commercial use.
Except as expressly permitted, you may not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
The information provided through the Services is intended for personal use only and should not be distributed in jurisdictions where such use would be illegal. Users accessing the Services from locations outside of our specified areas do so at their own initiative and assume full responsibility for complying with local laws.
If you access the Services via the Application, you are granted a limited, non-transferable license to install and use the Application on devices that you own or control. If you are able to leave reviews or feedback through the Services, you must ensure that your contributions comply with specific guidelines: (1) you should have firsthand experience with the reviewed subject; (2) your content should not contain offensive language; (3) it must not contain discriminatory references; and (4) you must not make false claims. We reserve the right to remove or reject reviews at our discretion.
These Legal Terms remain in effect while you use the Services. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to deny access or terminate your use of the Services at any time, without notice or liability, for any breach of these terms.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time without notice. We cannot guarantee the Services will always be available, and we will not be liable for any interruptions or outages.
We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies or errors in the Services at any time without prior notice. This includes correcting any typographical errors, inaccuracies in descriptions, weather labels, radar information, feature descriptions, or availability.
The Services are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without any warranties, either express or implied. We disclaim all warranties related to the performance and reliability of the Services, weather forecasts, radar information, severe weather alerts, launcher behavior, widgets, notifications, and app availability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
These Legal Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect. No failure to enforce any provision shall be deemed a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
Launchers are applications designed to enhance your home screen experience by providing customization options. Once installed, they may modify the layout, icons, widgets, search surfaces, or arrangement of your existing applications. Your apps remain accessible on your device and may appear in different locations or within the app drawer.
Our team focuses on creating launcher experiences that combine useful weather information with home screen personalization. If you are dissatisfied with the application or need help uninstalling it, please follow the standard uninstallation instructions provided by Google or your device manufacturer. Uninstalling the launcher will generally restore your previous home screen behavior.
Due to device and platform limitations, we cannot uninstall the launcher or modify subscription details on your behalf. If you need help managing subscriptions, please use Google's Android subscription support resources.
